1. Introduction

Welcome to Reeltripp. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reeltripp platform, website, and related services operated by Reeltripp Pty Ltd (ABN: 75781176026), headquartered in New South Wales, Australia.

By accessing or using Reeltripp, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced on the Platform. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Scope of Services

Reeltripp is a content-first travel discovery platform that allows users to explore travel experiences curated by independent creators.

Reeltripp is not a travel agency, tour operator, booking provider, or accommodation provider. All bookings, payments, refunds, cancellations, and experience fulfilment are handled by third-party providers and governed by their respective terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to browse or use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to register as a creator, publish content, or earn commissions.

By using Reeltripp, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts

Certain features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity occurring under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and not to impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliations.

5. Creator Content & License

Creators retain ownership of their content. By submitting content to Reeltripp, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, and sublicense that content for the operation and marketing of the Platform.

This includes use in social media, email campaigns, promotional materials, and affiliate partnerships.

Creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable advertising, disclosure, and consumer laws.

6. Affiliate Links & Bookings

Reeltripp may display affiliate links to third-party booking platforms. We may earn a commission when a booking is completed through these links. This does not affect the price you pay.

Reeltripp does not guarantee pricing accuracy, availability, or experience quality. Any disputes, refunds, or claims must be resolved directly with the third-party provider.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities
  • Upload false, misleading, infringing, or offensive content
  • Scrape, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict functionality at our discretion where conduct violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Reeltripp Platform — including branding, design, software, trademarks, and proprietary content — are owned by Reeltripp or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.

9. Platform Changes

Reeltripp may modify, evolve, suspend, or discontinue features, content formats, commission structures, or functionality at any time.

We are not liable for impacts resulting from platform changes, provided changes are made in good faith.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Reeltripp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Use of the Platform is at your own risk and provided “as is”
  • We are not responsible for third-party content or services

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reeltripp, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Content you submit or publish
  • Violation of these Terms or applicable law

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, except where prohibited by law.

13. Dispute Resolution

Where permitted by law, disputes arising under these Terms may be resolved through confidential arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).

Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief.

14. Force Majeure

Reeltripp is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, API outages, or government actions.

15. Use of Reeltripp Branding

Creators may not use Reeltripp branding outside the Platform without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may be revoked.
